I know your frustration. I’ve been there myself. I’ve felt it at my core.

In fact, at my heaviest, I was more than 50 lbs. overweight, and I was willing to try just about anything to find ways to get the weight off. I was also extremely ill, uncomfortable in my own skin and felt almost as if there was no way out of this cycle, as if I didn’t have a way to enter that exclusive club of thin, attractive, happy women who seem to have it all.

Even though I was successful in my career.

Listen — I know all too well how much it hurts to feel like you can’t enjoy wearing beautiful clothes because nothing fits well.

I know how it feels to "watch what you eat" for a day or two and bounce right back into the old way of eating when stress kicks in.

I know what it’s like to feel like you must have no willpower, even though you’re successful in other areas of your life.

And I’m a busy mom myself who has a very active toddler, husband, 2 cats and a business to run, so I know how easy it is for busy moms like you to get distracted by everyone else’s needs besides your own.
